  • Purpose: To respond to your direct queries regarding venue availability, booking rates, and event services.

2. Storage and Security

Your personal data is transferred and stored securely in a digital spreadsheet infrastructure managed by Google Workspace (acting as our data processor). Access is restricted exclusively to authorized internal personnel managing bookings.

3. Retention and Deletion

Your data is kept only as long as necessary to fulfill your booking inquiry. If no business contract is finalized, your contact data is permanently deleted from our digital storage files within 12 months.

4. Your Rights and Grievances

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to review your data, correct errors, withdraw your consent, or request complete erasure of your details from our systems at any time.
